THE STORY BEHIND

« In 1956, Monaco's royal wedding between Prince Rainier III and Grace Kelly was a spectacle of luxury, with champagne symbolizing the union of royalty and Hollywood glamour. Among the guests was Aristotle Onassis, a Greek shipping magnate and owner of the yacht Christina O, known in Monaco as "La Riviera". Onassis was often seen hosting extravagant parties on his yacht, where champagne flowed like water.

We crafted this champagne in memory of this glamorous time. »

TASTING NOTES

Appearance

Golden yellow with a fine bead and prominent mousse.

Aroma

Green apple, brioche and stone fruit with hints of honey and white florals.

Taste

The palate has is full and round with a great presence and balanced fresh acidity. Characters of green apple, honey suckle and sweet brioche intertwine. A perfect aperitif for any occasion.
