Saint Roman

THE STORY BEHIND

« In July 1891, Charles Deville Wells captivated the world with his extraordinary luck at the Monte Carlo casino, winning 23 out of 30 spins and famously betting on, and winning with, the number 5, five times.

Amassing over 1 million Francs, legend has it that he carried a medallion of Saint Roman, adding mystique to his fortune. Inspired by Wells and Saint Roman, our champagne celebrates life's serendipitous victories, just like those split-second moments of brilliance that define Formula 1.

From the roulette wheels of Monte Carlo to the roaring circuits of Monaco, luck, precision, and daring moves create legends. This is the champagne of champions, poured exclusively trackside at the Monaco Grand Prix

On the palate, it reveals a beautifully balanced complexity, intertwining vibrant primary fruit flavors of ripe apple, pear, and citrus with rich, secondary notes of freshly baked bread and creamy butter.
